The Restaurant was born in the 50s thanks to the great sense of hospitality of the grandfather Lorenzo. The restaurant is now managed by his granddaughter Anna, who combined her great love for cooking with tradition, creating unique and refined dishes, rich in local flavors. Anna’s husband, Alberto, sommelier and winemaker, offers you the excellent wines of his company, named Rive di Alberto. Rive di Alberto offers a collection of typical and autochthonous wines. The lands where the wine comes form is one of the hardest to work on, but also they are located in in one of the most beautiful territories, whose fruits are envied all over the world. Its collection includes above all the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, one of the excellence of the territory; followed by the Verdiso wine, with its typical apple aroma for a good appetizer; then we find the red wines, such as Carmenere Piave IGT with its aftertaste of forest fruits, or Veneto IGT Raboso and its notes of cherry which, with their richness of taste, enhance red meat dishes.
“Rive di Alberto” has included among its specialties the sparkling wine “Col Fondo”, a product of the Treviso tradition that recalls the wine produced in the past by grandparents and that with its notes of Mediterranean spices and the freshness of the apple, delicately overwhelms your palate. Also, you cannot miss the Passito wine with one of the good desserts of Anna’s kitchen.
