You choose the pasta, the seasoning and… get ready to enjoy it. L’Ingrediente Segreto is the brainchild of Andrea Valentini, owner of the company together with his wife Francesca. Since 2012, he set to work to create a place that is a little different from the rest… so it was founded in 2014. Pasta at the center of everything: as a pasta lover, he decided to create a pasta factory that would give people the opportunity to bring back their memories, the Italian traditions. The goal is to give customers quality in a less demanding way than a restaurant, preparing fresh products made with quality ingredients in an informal, friendly setting. Only Bronze dies are used which give the pasta the right porosity to hold the sauces. The Team is made up of people with years of experience in catering and young guys. A “Slow” Street Food made in Italy Hours: Monday 10.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (lunch 12.30 / 4 p.m.) Tuesday Saturday 9.30 – 20.00 (lunch 12.30 / 16.00 . Dinner 18.30 /19.45) Sunday 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (lunch 12 noon / 1:30 p.m.)
