We would like to introduce you to our Winery in the south of the Abruzzo Region for the production of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC, Pecorino IGT, Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, which have been certified organic by the Soil and Health Association since 1980 ( among the first Wineries in Italy). Jasci family has been producing outstanding wines since three generations, focusing all efforts on the pursuit of the absolute quality of every bottle with purity and loyalty to terroir. All our family owned vineyards (60 hectares) are cared by ourselves and bottled by ourselves. Our commitment to what we are doing has been awarded widely. Our main goal is to share to final customers our passion and history while drinking our wines. The processing of our wines THE PLACE WHERE WINE BECOMES GREATAll stages of processing in the cellar are personally followed by the Jasci family, who see in the care of every detail the best possible investment. Some examples of this great attention to production are the steam sterilization of all pipes and tanks before each passage of the grapes, or the choice to carry out each phase of the vinification exclusively at a controlled temperature.
