Taverna Pretoriana – Typical Roman cuisine
Taverna Pretoriana is a family matter: for over 50 years a staple of good traditional cuisine, carried forward with pride and sacrifice.
The current generation is in the hands of Daniele, who thanks to the fundamental suggestions of his father Giuseppe, manages to preserve the genuine flavors and the hospitable atmosphere of the past: genuine, direct and attentive to quality.
Here you will find recipes handed down for generations and typical local dishes, to savor the true flavors of Roman cuisine. In fact, at the Trattoria Pretoriana every dish tells the story of Rome and the tradition of our family.
We offer a menu full of typical local dishes, simple and for every taste, even better accompanied by a good wine and all served by our friendly staff. You will find the classic appetizers with salami, cheese and bruschetta but also seafood appetizers. Among the second courses you will find grilled meat, saltimbocca and filet; we also offer delicious seafood

And if you’re a pizza fan, you should try ours: thin and fragrant pizza, with a wide choice of flavors, croutons and calzone. On the menu there are also numerous side dishes, chosen with attention to the seasonality of the products: cheeses, fried foods, desserts and ice creams. Also, every day we create some additions that you wouldn’t normally find on the menu. Some examples?
