The spectacle of nature in a timeless place Ca’ Apollonio Heritage
In the heart of the Venetian Prealps, at the foot of Monte Grappa, an area recognized as a UNESCO MAB Biosphere Reserve, Ca’ Apollonio Heritage welcomes you: a new concept of travel, an experience where the soul of a historical villa, in dialogue with contemporary architecture, merges seamlessly with the surrounding rural landscape. A destination that awakens the senses and invites reconnection; a place to slow down, reflect and be inspired.
Spanning eighteen hectares of countryside, the estate preserves the legacy of a past that now looks to the future: a boutique hotel with 10 rooms, offering refined food and wine experience, and an intimate retreat for those in search of authenticity, rooted in a working farm that celebrates biodiversity.

Ca’ Apollonio Heritage is the dream-turned-reality of Maria Pia Viaro and Massimo Vallotto, who brought back to life Villa Apollonio, a historic residence first documented in the 16th century. Their vision gave rise to a meticulous restoration that returned the property to its original splendor, enhancing both the architectural heritage and the natural surroundings, while preserving the timeless charm of a place steeped in history. Ca’ Apollonio Heritage is more than what meets the eye: it’s a different kind of place that makes a real difference.
189 THE SILK ROAD CA’ APOLLONIO HERITAGE The culinary offering bears the signature of Executive Chef Alessio Longhini, a former Michelin-starred chef, who leads a young brigade toward innovative gastronomic perspectives, always grounded in respect for the local territory.
