A sensitive interpreter of local culture and a refined connoisseur of international cuisine, he creates dishes that span from the heart of le Marche to the flavors of the world, including creative cuisine, gourmet dishes, sushi, kosher offerings, and more.

The Restaurant

Villa Giustozzi Ristorante Parco Hotel was the first venue opened by the Giustozzi family in 1978.

Now led by Chef Samuele, the generational transition has preserved its value, making it a landmark for weddings, institutional events, and private functions. Every type of event can be customizable; the Villa can accommodate up to 650 guests in two large air-conditioned banquet halls, yet remains perfect for intimate and exclusive occasions like dinners with friends or private gatherings.

The restaurant, open daily, offers a wide selection of menus with meat and seafood specialties. It’s the perfect place to celebrate weddings, communions, confirmations, birthdays, corporate dinners, and any special occasion. For aperitifs, the garden and pool area become unique backdrops, enhanced with scenic buffets, ice sculptures, and personalized decorations. Couples can also use the park and surrounding hills for their wedding photoshoots. The Chef Born in 1974, Samuele Giustozzi developed a passion for cooking from an early age, inspired by his father Giuseppe, a Knight of the Italian Republic and renowned Chef. After graduating from culinary school, he began his career in the family restaurant, later expanding his skills by working with top chefs and exploring contemporary and international cuisine. In the 1990s, he joined the Marche Regional Chefs Team, earning several awards, notably a bronze medal at the 1998 ExpoGast in Luxembourg. At 26, he stepped away from competitions to fully dedicate himself to the family business, now known as Villa Giustozzi Ristorante Parco Hotel. Today, he is recognized as a leading chef and ambassador of Italian cuisine, driven by passion, commitment, and a constant pursuit of innovation.
